Inlaid bedroom Maggiolini art. 986

The inlaid bedroom Maggiolini is characterized exactly by the beautiful inlays that decorate all the furnishing complements, real particularity of that current which has its maximum spokesperson in the Italian cabinet maker Maggiolini, from whom this classic style take its name. We start as usual from the great inlaid chest of drawers, that in the bedrooms Maggiolini style takes always a lead role: reduced to the minimum the carvings, that are scanted to soften the shapes, the chest of drawers is in fact characterized by complex and fascinating inlays: just look the great central inlay, in which a magnificent flower is highlighted by light vegetable garlands. Always of natural theme, but this time stylized, are also the two smaller inlays that adorn the lower drawer and the upper one. The same decorations, handmade by Italian inlayer, are found also on the other surfaces of the chest of drawers, making this inlaid bedroom a triumph of prowess and luxury. An inlaid bedroom could not then be said to be such if you did not include even the night tables in inlaid wood: and here, alongside to the bed, the two night tables embellished by the inlays at floral theme that are inspired to those already seen on the chest of drawers: the central flower, the garlands that embrace and support it, the stylized leaves that decorate the upper and lower drawers, the floral spirals on the sides. Contrasting the rest of furnishing, for the inlaid bedroom Maggiolini has been chosen the combination with a carved bed at floral motifs and with gold leaf finish, that give brightness and richness to the whole composition.
